This year, ISAFF proudly celebrates 15 years of showcasing bold, authentic South Asian storytelling. What started as a grassroots festival has become a powerful platform where artists, changemakers, and audiences from around the world come together to create, connect, and be seen.
For me, ISAFF is more than just a festival – it’s a place of belonging. As someone who works in the film and media industry, I know how important it is to create spaces that uplift our voices and reflect the richness of our stories. ISAFF does exactly that, a thriving and supportive community.
As Board Chair, I’m honoured to help carry this vision forward. To mark our 15-year milestone, we’ve set a goal to raise $15,000. Your support will help us continue to amplify underrepresented voices, empower emerging talent, foster industry collaboration, and ensure our stories our heard on the global stage.

About the Gala
The Party of the Year! Dress to impress in your best black tie and come celebrate South Asian excellence in film from Canada and beyond. During the gala, iSAFF will present awards to outstanding filmmakers with the help of local sponsors, investors, and film industry leaders. The Red Carpet Gala is always a night to remember!
